The useful lesson
Early valuations were not good enough. The work became less about prompting for a number and more about refining which comparable properties belong in the analysis, then reviewing the result with domain knowledge.

Sunspill Harbor
A small experiment in making an AI-assisted portfolio worth exploring. Original procedural scenery, physical cargo, a working sluice, and a direct HTML path to the same content.
Kody supplied concept direction and domain knowledge. The implementation is AI-assisted. It is a work sample in progress, not a claim of independent software authorship.
I’m Kody Walker — self-taught, with a background in business and sales, learning by putting AI to practical use.
I’m interested in the space between a useful idea and a workflow people can actually use: asking better questions, bringing domain context, testing the result, and explaining it clearly.
I’m looking for a full-time role in AI implementation, building, adoption, or teaching, with room to keep learning. This is not a claim of a traditional software-engineering background.

Built with Three.js (MIT), Rapier (Apache-2.0), and Vite (MIT). Browser checks use Playwright (Apache-2.0). All scenery is generated in code. No downloaded art, recordings, fonts, analytics, or live data services.
This original coastal setting does not reuse Bruno Simon’s assets, layout, music, or code. His work informed the ambition for an inviting, playful portfolio.
